David Frykman Wood Carvings: Santas
Each David Frykman carving is unique because it is an original wood carving, hand carved from Eastern White Cedar, hand painted with oil or acrylic paints, and signed by David Frykman. Each piece is one-of-one and will not be made into a resin reproduction. These are separate from the 'David Frykman Portfolio.' All these carvings are on display at his gallery, the Frykman Studio Gallery in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The picture will be the actual piece you receive unless noted otherwise.

Walking Santa with Spruce
David carved this originally sometime in the mid 90's and recently pulled it out of an old box of unfinished pieces. After reworking some details and a fresh paint job, here it is. One can still see evidence of Davids early chain-saw work in the snow base and the bottom still sports a hole for a sculptors screw.
